DESIGN OF THE CUSTOMER ROUTE IN FRENCH ORANGE FLAGSHIP STORES. FROM THE STORE WINDOW TO THE SALES AND PRODUCTS DEPARTMENTS, THE AREA WAS SURROUNDED BY SCREENS. FLOWER DESIGNED EACH STEP OF THE VISIT WITH AN AUDIOVISUAL STORY TELLING : EVENT SHORT MOVIES, DEMO VIDEOS & TOUCH SCREENS.
FLOWER BROUGHT AN INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY TO THE CUSTOMER ROUTE USING SOUND LASERS. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN FILMED AND BROADCASTED ONLINE.

UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF DIM (CAPTAIN CATEGORY), FLOWER REINVENTED THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IN THE UNDERWEAR DEPARTMENT (MEN & WOMEN SECTIONS). A WORK ON GLAMOUROUS & GLOSSY CODES BROUGHT BRIGHTNESS AND ATTRACTIVENESS TO THE DEPARTMENT. BUSINESS RESULTS INCREASED AS SOON AS THE CONCEPT STORE OPENED.

THE LOUNGE ROOM WITH STOOLS, THE VIDEO SCREENS AND SOME THEMATIC ACTIVITIES WERE CONCEIVED IN ORDER TO INVITE CUSTOMERS TO THE SMARTBOX EXPERIENCE. FLOWER ALSO PRODUCED THE MOVIE CATALOG.

ORGANIZATION OF AN EVENT IN THE BUSINESS CENTER STORE (LA DÉFENSE), INTEGRATING THE WHOLE PROCESS OF THE CUSTOMER ROUTE : STORE WINDOW, CIRCULATION PLACES, EVENTS. THE BIG IDEA : DESIGNING A SHOP IN SHOP, AN INTIMATE PLACE DEDICATED TO THE BRAND AND THE NEW COLUMBIA COLLECTION. AFTERWARDS, THE CONCEPT HAS BEEN USED FOR B-TO-B EVENTS.

GEANT CASINO / PERFUME / PROJECT


FLOWER HAS BEEN BRIEFED BY THE INNOVATIVE DIRECTION OF GÉANT CASINO ON THE CONCEPTION OF A SHOP IN SHOP DEDICATED TO THE PERFUME. FLOWER DIVIDED THE AREA IN TWO ALVEOLUS, CONCEIVING A NEW CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. ONE ALVEOLUS WAS DEDICATED TO THE AWAKENING OF THE SENSE OF SMELL AND THE ESSENTIAL SCENTS. SO THAT THE CUSTOMER COULD BETTER IDENTIFY WHAT PERFUMES SUIT HIM THE MOST. THE OTHER ALVEOLUS WAS DEDICATED TO THE BRANDS, BRINGING OUT THEIR TOUCH OF MAGIC.

FLOWER REWORKED THE STORE CONCEPT, IN LINE WITH THE ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN STORY TELLING. FLOWER DESIGNED THE CLOTHING WORKSHOP OF THE ICONIC LITTLE PIG. A MIX OF HIS TRAVEL SOUVENIRS, HIS FURNITURE, HIS PAPER WALLS... THIS PLACE WAS CONCEIVED AS A PERSONAL SPACE, DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER COMMON STORES.
